So I'm currently at the 8.75 hour mark of my 11 hour work day. I type to you as I wait for my 2 gels with somewhere around 40 different samples for 6 different experiments run down their 1% agarose gel and seperate by size. 1 of these experiments will have to be gel purified and then ligated (along with another experiment from ytesterday), then the two have to be transformed into bacteria and plated on ampicillin agarose gels...I tire...science makes me happy. My lab partners think I'm a big dork because I'm actually interested in what I do... ::shrugs::
